余洋，男，上海人，毕业于安徽师范大学。安徽省中小学音乐教育学会常务理事，淮南市声乐学会会员。现在淮南市实验中学任教，也受聘于淮南师范学院音乐系，担任客座副教授，教授"音乐教学法"课程。曾获：安徽省第四届中小学音乐优质课中学组一等奖；安徽省第四届中小学音乐教师基本功比赛一等奖。主持安徽省教育厅课题，参与国家级课题研究，均已结题。
