蓝世平，男，山东青岛人。1994年加入青岛市音乐家协会。自1976年开始先后在山东的《农村演唱》《山东歌声》《山东画报》、陕西的《群众音乐》、贵州的《苗岭歌声》、广东的《岭南音乐》、海南的《五指山歌声》、四川的《四川音乐》及上海文艺社的《儿童歌声》多个省级刊物发表词、曲作品。与此同时，作品也被多地的广播电台录用广播过。其中山东人民广播电台曾做过《每周一歌》节目。作品《献给祖国的歌》、《春风》、《请你告诉我》被编入《庆祝中华人民共和国成立60周年青岛市60年优秀歌曲选集》。作品曾获得《第二届青岛之夏音乐会》创作优秀奖、首届《莲花杯》澳门国际艺术节歌曲创作金奖。
