方庆和，1936年12月，号方坦之，笔名方埜，中共党员，淮南市人，汉族，安徽省作家协会会员，颖上文联顾问颖上陶研会顾问，颖上文艺顾问，颖上师范专业教研组组长，安徽省陶研会会员，管子研究会会员。作品有《橄榄枝纪念集》-《和平卷》，教育文集有《新编教育学（合编）》，《中外著名教育家教育思想讲座会编》，《中师心理学课外讲座》，是中师选修教材，1994年被评为阜阳地区先进教师，1995年被评为安徽省首届学陶师陶先进个人，其《中师教育学渗透陶行知教育思想例举》、《试论陶行知的师德观》获安徽省教育学科一等奖，在《长者家园》、马鞍山国际诗城主办的《文化诗词报》、合肥市、阜阳市、界首市、霍邱等诗刊上发表诗歌，1999年入选《中国专家人才库》（人民日报出版社出版）、《中华百华人物篇》（中国世界语出版社）。
