林洪杰，男，黑龙江人，毕业于延边大学中文系。1972年在吉林工农兵文艺首发词曲《小树苗》。七十年代在延边日报发表《林业工人之歌》，在省电台播出男声小合唱《万米列队下山来》，州电台播出《星星的眼睛》、《啊，烛光》。八十年代在吉林歌声发表《杨靖宇将军战斗过的地方》、《献给南疆战士的歌》。在延边出版社出版的活页歌曲《革命歌曲》，主要作品有《小小修理员》、《一切听从党指挥》等。在延边州群众艺术馆的刊物工农兵文艺，群众演唱上也发表过不少作品，主要有《阳光灿烂望庐山》、《毛主席永远活在我的心中》。2014年7月举办《放歌和龙，林洪杰作品音乐会》，是和龙有史第一次。
