乌兰托雅，女，内蒙古人，毕业于宝鸡文理学院。

2006年考入内蒙古大学艺术学院附中，主修古筝，并参加多次学校组织的演出。

2007年"青春东亚国际艺术评选"内蒙古赛区金奖，全国银奖。

2009年"青春东亚.中日韩"古筝组金奖。

2013年"青春之声"陕西赛区古筝金奖。

2013年参加中国音乐学院古筝大师班，并以优异的成绩结业，获古筝专业教师资格证书。

2014年，亚洲曼谷国际音乐节，古筝金奖，并获优秀指导教师称号。

自2012年在各大音乐培训机构任教，得到家长与学生的一致好评。
