高志鹏，男，辽宁人，毕业于北京现代音乐研修学院。岳阳市音乐制作人，词曲创作、吉他、bass演奏教学8年。2007年原创歌曲《情缘》、《我不是不爱你》被CCTV-3台大型网络原创音乐选秀活动—原创擂台赛评委6月-8月的月金曲。并长年被岳阳电视台举办的《K歌之王》歌手大赛邀请担任评委。参与岳阳市广电中心举办的首届《荷花仙子》形象大使策划。2012年由中国石化音乐舞蹈家协会编著的《石化放歌》于5月18日在中国文联出版社出版发行，此次全国征集万余首作品中选出优秀作品755首编辑入书，入选比例为百分之三十七点五，其中《创造辉煌》《长炼劳模颂》入选编入《石化放歌》中，全国发行。
