伊丽媛， 中共党员，青年女高音歌唱家，中国传媒大学音乐系教师，北京市青联委员，中国大众音乐协会会员，北京音乐家协会会员， 毕业于北京师范大学传播系获文学学士学位，同年以优异的成绩以专业课第一的名次考取中央民族大学音乐学院声乐表演硕士研究生 , 师从于孟新洋教授和王士魁教授。是跨专业应届考取声乐研究生第一人，她从小酷爱艺术，先后学习了美术，钢琴，声乐，并在省市，国家级，乃至国际上荣获殊荣。她的演唱融民族、美声、通俗于一身，以跨界唱法著称，韵美纯正， 细腻甜美，轻巧而富有弹性的花腔让人心醉， 在2012年"金莺奖"全国声乐比赛中获民族唱法金奖，2013年第四届中国民族声乐"敦煌奖"荣获民族唱法银奖，而被广大观众熟知。
获奖经历：
2009年获得黑龙江省第十二届"凡京.上奇国际杯"青年歌手电视大奖赛民族组优秀奖。
2009年在中央电视台举办的"全国魅力城市音乐电视展播"中，做为"全国十大魅力城市齐齐哈尔市"的形象代言人拍摄录制MV《春天的鹤城爱唱歌》于全国各省级卫视频道播出。
2011年获得黑龙江省第十三届青年歌手电视大奖赛民族唱法金奖。
2012年1月在中铭杯"金莺奖"全国声乐比赛中，获民族唱法金奖。
2013年10月在第四届中国民族声乐"敦煌奖"比赛中获民族唱法银奖。
学术成果：
2011年撰写论文《传播学视野下的中国民族声乐价值现状与发展对策研究》发表于湖南省级杂志《艺术中国》第四期，以及内江师范学院学报第七期。
2011年在"纪念建党90周年，军队政治工作科学发展纵横谈"主题征文研讨活动中撰写论文《军旅歌曲是中国人民解放军特有的政治优势》荣获了一等奖，被《新世纪新阶段军队政治工作科学发展纵横谈》丛书收录，并特邀担任该书副主编。
2011年创作歌曲《手捧前辈的勋章》发表于国家重点期刊《政工学刊》杂志第十一期媒体报道。
