2003年6月-2004年1月，大三期间开始在湖南经视《都市一时间》栏目组适用做记者、编辑，主要从事新闻的采、写、编工作，共计发过118条新闻稿件。

2004年1月-2004年8月，被调湖南经视《经视新闻》栏目组从事记者、编辑工作。

2004年9月，就职于三辰卡通集团有限公司（蓝猫），担任《蓝猫淘气3000问》动画片节目发行主管，主要负责全国14个省1个市的所有省级、副省级、地级电视台的节目发行工作，多次代表公司参加国际动漫展、全国博览会等；

2007年成功参我司与公安部消防总局联合制作的大型百集系列动画片《消防大本营》的策划、制作以及后续市场开发运作等，任职期间还曾兼任过导演助理、总经理助理等职务。

2012年至今一直在星成艺校任课，主教音乐素养、小主持人班口才、形体等课程。
