扬歌，原名廖益波，四川安岳人，1956年生，中国音乐文学学会会员、中国音乐著作权协会会员、自由撰稿人，近年涌现的最具特色的词曲作家。当过知青、工人、教师、文艺团体手风琴独奏演员等。经历坎坷，命运多舛。早年从事诗歌、小说、故事创作，并有所成就。近年来，已为百首脍炙人口的唐诗、宋词、元曲谱曲，更有"古诗词名句联唱"待字闺中。他的"婚恋导航"组歌（共十首）取材于相恋、结合、婚后生活素材，选材别致，角度新颖，有非常深刻的现实意义。
