石慧，自幼学习钢琴，师从于胡千红教授、张浩教授。2002年任湖南省女子爱乐乐团键盘手，2003年以优异成绩毕业于湖南师大音乐学院。2004年发表论文《试析德彪西<月光>——唐诗与印象派的对话》荣获金旋律音乐节铜奖，同年受聘于湖南艺术职业学院任大学教师，任教期间以优良的教学成果赢得了学生和领导同事们的一致认可，成为一名优秀教师，现任湖南省音乐家协会钢琴专业委员会理事。十余年来，石慧老师在钢琴教学的道路上不断探索发展、创新进步，并长期与国内外音乐名家、各大名校开展学术交流，积累了丰富的教学经验，形成了一套科学规范、灵活有效的特色教学体系，且致力于我国钢琴教育事业的发展研究，在权威刊物发表多篇获奖论文。石慧老师善于因材施教，帮助学生形成属于自己的独特优势；同时注重每一位学生专业与心灵的共同成长，培养学生学习钢琴以及文化知识的积极观念，有家长评论石老师的教学风格时这样说道："严谨之中不失互动、严格之内不缺关怀。在石老师这里学到的不仅仅是钢琴，还有对生活的向上态度。"2011年成立独立教研工作室以来，多彩的双钢琴多乐器教学方式带来丰富的教学成果，得到了学生和家长们的共同信赖。历届考级、三独比赛中，所有学生均获得优异成绩；2012年全国少儿钢琴比赛，参赛学生均获得优异成绩；2014上海国际青少年钢琴大赛中参赛学生获湖南赛区金奖；2014年郎朗音为爱钢琴音乐会担任评委及现场指导，2014公爵杯国际青少年钢琴大赛担任评委；2015年组织策划长沙首届钢琴电视大赛，担任总指挥。2015年小升初、初升高特长生考试中，参考学生被南雅等名校争相录取。
