1、于1985年、1986年、1987年的三年间参加了杭州市口琴大赛（第二名）杭州市吉他大赛（第二名）杭州市吉他擂台赛第一名，杭州市吉他弹唱比赛第二名，浙江省吉他大赛第三名。后至1991年长期参加巡回演出多达2000场，由此积累了丰富的舞台经验和演义的管理知识。
2、1992年——2001年，长期从事舞厅乐队音乐的编配、记谱、演奏工作。经常为本省作曲家的新作品做一些视唱录音、音乐小样的工作。
3、2001年至今一直从事音乐教育、舞台表演工作。为此于2005年加入了《浙江省音乐家协会会员》。
4、积极参加浙江省音协的音乐考级工作，每年能够组织300—500人参加考级活动。
5、积极参与杭州市各区文化馆的群文活动，多次代表江干区文化馆参加省市一级的群文音乐比赛。
6、在从事音乐教育中，为业余市民开设的音乐培训中以中老年和中小学生为主要对象。其中以《吉他教学》最为出色。
主要成果有：
A：2012年，金帛艺术团成人吉他队经过杭州市和浙江省的选拔，一路过关直达北京央视《我要上春晚》的比赛大厅，演唱曲目是《人间西湖》。之后，成人吉他队连续参加《向幸福出发》和其他卫视的娱乐节目。
B：少儿吉他队在2011年参加浙江卫视《我爱记歌词》后，多次到北京参加中国教育电视台的新春展演节目录制。
7、至今为止，在王锦华的带领下，金帛艺术团所有音乐老师，积极的为江干区的市民开展免费学艺术活动已达5年之久。学习的人员也在5000人次。
8、现在的金帛艺术团除了教学培训、比赛演出外，经常为学生开设乐理、声乐等相关课程，在2015年将要组织音乐爱好的成人和小孩相继开设《音乐大师课程》，让所有的学生享受舞台，热爱舞台，成为该地区的音乐佼佼者！
