1962年9月出生于新疆博乐市。现就职于新疆生产建设兵团第五师86团工会。系新疆生产建设兵团作家协会会员，新疆维吾尔自治区作家协会会员，新疆维吾尔自治区集邮协会集邮会士，中国音乐文学学会会员，中国著作权协会会员。正式出版有个人诗集《雄风•细雨•阳光和我》，诗歌作品20多次获奖。上世纪九十年代初开始音乐文学创作，先后在《新疆日报》、《兵团日报》、《兵团工运》、《兵团文艺》、《词刊》等报刊发表作品，并在进入新世纪后音乐文学创作获得多次全国性征文活动创作大奖。
