辜小飞，重庆人文科技学院音乐学院声乐讲师，毕业于中国音乐学院、西南大学，获中国音乐学院文学学士学位，西南大学教育硕士学位。中国教育学会音乐教育专业委员会会员，重庆市音协会员，重庆市普通话测试员。曾参加由教育部教师工作司和高等教育司联合举办的第四届全国高校声乐骨干教师高级研修班的培训，得到郭淑珍先生及著名旅奥艺术指导陈怡老师的悉心指导；也曾得到歌唱家杨小勇和梁宁老师的指导。参加学院首届青年教师赛课荣获第二名；曾获得西南大学"优秀党员"的称号；任学院第一届声乐教研室主任，策划指导多场学生独唱音乐会及教学交流音乐会；指导学生参加首届重庆市大学生歌手大赛，获专业组民族唱法和美声唱法一、二等奖；指导学生参加金钟奖及全国高师声乐比赛，均取得优异成绩；担任重庆市内各类声乐比赛评委工作。2015年参加西南大学张淑芳教授在重庆大剧院举办的"春华秋实"教学音乐会。研究中国唱法，使教学具有系统性和科学性。
