胡帅，男，1990年生人，籍贯河北张家口市。2016年6月中央音乐学院硕士研究生应届毕业。青年竹笛演奏家、创作音乐人。

5岁起学习音乐，2003年考入中国音乐学院附中，师从于刘含有教授。在校期间表现优秀，2007年获得第十一届"中国音乐学院刘明源"奖学金。同年获得第三届"中华艺术新星国际交流选拔活动"全国总决赛一等奖。并担任中国少年民族乐团笛子声部首席。随学校乐团出访多个国家及地区，多次独奏深受好评。2008年创作中国音乐学院附中历史上第一部学生自创舞台剧音乐《求学路》。在校期间担任学生会文艺部部长。
本科考入中央音乐学院民乐系，师从于戴亚教授。曾获得"北京国际竹笛大赛"青年专业组金奖。获得"文化艺术院校奖---第四届全国青少年民族器乐演奏比赛"吹奏乐器青年组演奏奖（最高奖）。中央音乐学院人才培养共建项目执行人。2013年本科毕业同期被保送至中央音乐学院研究生部。曾担任中国青年民族乐团笛子声部声部长。学艺期间还受到王次恒先生的精心教导。刘森先生亲传。
在学习的同时积极参与社会实践，曾以青年独奏家身份，室内乐组合身份及青年作曲家身份参加北京现代音乐节，北京青年音乐节，中国管乐周，77届作品音乐会，中国电影艺术节，冯小刚作品音乐会，乌镇戏剧节，加拿大国家电视台《海外春晚》，《星光大道》评委等。曾与多个国家级著名乐团合作演出：国家大剧院管弦乐团，中央民族乐团，中国青年民族乐团，中央歌剧院，中国爱乐乐团，中国交响乐团，中国广播民族乐团，总政歌剧团，中国歌剧舞剧院，中国电影乐团，战友交响乐团，北京歌舞团等。参演多部歌剧《人间正道是沧桑》《洪湖赤卫队》《白毛女》《西施》《我心飞翔》《胡旋舞》等。
在创作方面，积极创作了许多作品，2015年与词作家陈道斌合作创作歌曲《乡愁》（廖昌永、徐晶晶演唱）获得广泛赞誉，并入围"中国梦"系列展播。参与多部影视作品背景音乐创作：《新西游记》《西施秘史》《大唐女巡按》《古今六人行》《苏三》《情定博格达》《尉迟恭》等。他创作作品有：《乡愁》、《秋》、《念》、《魅力吉林》、《又一年》；笛子独奏、重奏曲：《梦》、《故乡》、《梦回察哈尔》、《意》等。
