2008年8月～现在任湖南国际教育研究院艺术部主任兼南岳坤道学院音乐讲师;

2008年5月被聘为长沙公共频道”与梦飞翔“栏目艺术总监，同年8月组织学生到北京参加中国校园特长生艺术大赛，有2人获钢琴少年组金奖;

2009年8月带队参加“中国红”全国艺术大赛获3金4银奖;

2010年8月参加“中国红”全国青少年艺术大赛获5金3银奖,同年被聘为“中国红”青少年艺术大赛组委会副秘书长兼湖南组委会主任;

2011年8月组织学生到韩国参加中韩建交20周年国际艺术大赛获3金2银;

2014年参加台湾艺术节国际艺术大赛1人获钢琴金奖1人获声乐金奖;

2015年参加上海国际钢琴比赛，2人获金奖。
