姜浩平，女，汉族，1979年12月生，陕西宝鸡市人，毕业于陕西师范大学，就职于陕西省宝鸡教育学院。

2001年6月，经宝鸡市音乐家协会选送参加省文化厅、省音乐家协会、陕西电视台等单位联合举办的"庆祝建党八十周年陕西省声乐大赛"荣获美声唱法青年组一等奖；

2004年，由白麟作词、卢振华作曲、姜浩平演唱的《远亲不如近邻》获陕西省"五个一工程"优秀作品奖；

2005年，获陕西省"纪念电影百年"电影歌曲大赛二等奖；

2012年，为电影《保安刘十八》演唱主题曲《姐十八来郎十八》。
