彭瑞林，男，汉族，1963年4月生，湖北人，毕业于陕西省宝鸡市工业学院，就职于陕西航天泵业公司。

2002年至2010年从事音乐组织表演工作多次获奖。2010年至今多次组织参加各类大型演出，个人通俗唱法在当地有相当的影响力，多次参与通俗唱法的比赛评委工作。
