杨松森，男，汉族，1945年6月生，河南偃师人，就职于宝鸡水泵厂工会（已退休）。

从事群众文化演艺活动五十多年，先后创作《风卷红旗过大江》《炉火正红》《好人平安》《社会主义核心价值观》《故乡》《宝鸡腾飞更辉煌》等文艺作品100多个。

先后组织宝鸡大秦韵葫芦丝巴乌艺术团，少儿民乐团，河南乡音艺术团，原创歌曲教唱团组织文艺演出数百场。

主持策划有72个民间文艺团队1000人参与的"2016大秦风韵中国梦"文艺公益演出活动。举办社区歌唱节，原创歌曲演唱会，少儿民族音乐会。
