王娟，女，汉族，1973年9月生，陕西宝鸡人，毕业于陕西省经济管理学院，就职于中国工商银行宝鸡支行。

宝鸡市职工艺术团民通歌手，有声文化传播（陕西）有限公司歌手兼艺术顾问，曾多次获得宝鸡市歌手大赛铜奖、银奖。2008年11月曾代表宝鸡市参加全国"金色彼岸之声"声乐比赛，获三等奖。自2008年开始多次参加宝鸡市五一晚会，抗震救灾义演，八一晚会，庆国庆晚会等大型演出。也曾多次代表中国工商银行陕西省分行慰问演出，备受好评。
