李国成，黑龙江人，1997年7月毕业于黑龙江省佳木斯大学音乐教育系。从事音乐教育的十几年里，一直坚持中国音乐学院社会艺术考级活动，声乐和钢琴考生通过率百分百，支持中山市各种公益活动，积极培养音乐接班人。2010年6荣获中国音乐学院考级委员会广东考区"优秀组织奖"。2011年7月荣获"国际天使艺术节"暨第八届全国青少年儿童文化艺术展评珠三角、澳门赛区"优秀指导教师奖"。2011年8月荣获第八届"星星火炬"中国青少年艺术英才推选活动全国总决赛"优秀指导奖"。2011年8月荣获"综艺星光"杯中国青少年艺术英才推选活动全国总决赛"优秀指导奖"。1998年——2009年参与了中山市第一、二、三、四届合唱节比赛均获金奖。2008年、2009年分别指挥中山市三乡镇教师合唱团参加全市教师合唱比赛均获一等奖。2007年10月，参与代表市参加全国首届社会主义新农村合唱大会获得金奖。2009年11月参与代表市参加第一届全国农民合唱大会获金奖。
