钢琴先后师从上海师范大学音乐学院副院长施忠教授，原上海师范大学音乐学院钢琴系主任李美格教授，美国伊斯曼音乐学院旅美钢琴演奏家张希博士，并受到旅美钢琴家吴夷教授指点。声乐先后师从国家一级演员南京师范大声乐系王宾副教授，上海师范大学声乐系肖云涛副教授，并受到上海音乐学院声乐教授刘若娥和谭冰若先生的指点，在校期间曾多次获得奖学金，积极参与国际钢琴大师班（美国伊斯曼音乐学院钢琴系教授特鲁大师班，美国南美伊美大学钢琴系主任大师班等），声乐（如德奥艺术歌曲等）系列大师班，曾多次参加肖云涛副教授，张希博士，旅美大提琴演奏家 Jason wang 博士师生音乐会。
2007 年参加徐汇社区艺术文化名人同行系列活动，在上海交响乐团附属合唱团担任声乐艺术指导。担任闵行区罗阳中学、平南小学合唱团声乐艺术指导，参加闵行区中小学生合唱比赛分获一、二等奖。07 年-09 年曾分别在江苏省扬州市江海学院，上海市漕河泾小学，上海市徐汇区文化馆实习。
2008 年担任徐汇大众乐团合唱团等多个社区合唱团声乐艺术指导，曾随徐汇区大众乐团合唱团应苏州，浙江舟山市政府邀请赴当地演出。08 年 6 月在上海音乐学院贺禄汀音乐厅举行的禁毒音乐会中担任常任钢琴伴奏。
2009 年 8 月在徐家汇艺术活动中心成功举办个人独唱、独奏音乐会。同年，受邀参加上海音乐学院外籍小提琴教授马克西姆个人师生专场音乐会，并为其协奏。曾与上海音乐学院指挥系教授曹通一，原长宁区艺术活动中心副馆长管更新老师，原徐汇区文化馆艺术部主任张锦章，闵行区教工合唱团指挥刘庆江老师等诸多知名合唱指挥合作。
2010—2011 年期间担任上师大音乐学院国际艺术交流中心主任助理，并在此期间担任上海师范大学本科一年级表演班的辅导员，并被评为上师大音乐学院优秀班导师，2012年3月代表徐家汇街道参加上海合唱新作品演唱会担任声乐艺术指导，七月参加第十一届中国国际合唱艺术节，荣获老年女子组金奖。
2013 年 4 月在上师大音乐学院音乐厅成功举办个人硕士钢琴独奏音乐会，同年受邀担任闵行区友爱中学合唱团声乐艺术指导，参加闵行区中学生合唱比赛，并荣获二等奖。5月起在上海奥林匹克俱乐部担任公关部经理一职，6 月受邀参加“上海市首届市民文化节”，分别担任徐汇心语女子合唱团、闵行区村姑合唱团声乐艺术指导，并分获徐汇区、闵行区分赛区一等奖。9 月上旬代表上海市体育局赴辽宁省参加第十二届全运会，并被上海市体育局评为优秀队长。12 月组织策划了上海奥林匹克俱乐部企业年会活动，并担任主持人工作。
2014 年 2 月随上海浦东新区“白暨豚”企业家女子合唱团赴奥地利维也纳金色大厅参加由奥中文化交流协会和中国文化部共同举办的“盛世华章”合唱比赛，担任声乐艺术指导，并荣获成人组金奖。3 月底受邀赴江西科技大学参加旅日萨克斯演奏家刘颖奇个人独奏音乐会，担任整场协奏，期间还应邀在江西知音琴行作古典音乐艺术沙龙讲座。4 月随天山街道合唱团受邀参加“上海之春”--长宁区新人新作大赛。12 月组织策划“奥宾年会”并担任艺术总监、主持、指挥、独唱、独奏。在上海奥林匹克俱乐部工作期间，一直积极进取，打造积极向上良好的企业文化环境，将酒店的企业文化不断推上新的制高点，活跃企业的文化氛围。
2015 年 6 月担任徐汇区心语女子合唱团、闵行区村姑合唱团声乐艺术指导参加 2015上海市民文化艺术节暨世界反法西斯战争胜利 70 周年合唱比赛，并取得上海市百强合唱团队荣誉，7 月由本人指挥、伴奏、辅导并担任领唱的“奥林匹克俱乐部合唱团”荣获上海市体育局系统“凝心聚力、共铸辉煌”纪念建党 94 周年歌咏大会二等奖。12 月受香港丹麦皇家基金会邀请随徐汇心语女子合唱团赴香港、澳门参加“中华艺术唱响世界”文艺演出，担任合唱团声乐艺术指导。2016 年初起担任上海市五月合唱团常任声乐艺术指导，7 月在上海市民办尚德实验学校国际部美加学部担任音乐学科教师和图书馆馆长一职，成立了尚德实验学校首支少年合唱团——“自由之声”，并多次在校各大型活动中进行展演。
