张晶，男，1969年4月出生，汉族，浙江省衢州市人。毕业学校杭州师范学院音乐系。现任职务音乐干部。主要社会兼职衢江区音乐舞蹈家协会副主席。在文化馆工作期间多次参加省、市歌唱大赛、风采大赛中获奖；多次担任市、区级演唱大赛、文艺汇演和模特大赛评委、大型文艺晚会艺术指导。创作《桔花飞》、《月亮河》、《笑对人生》、《思念我的好兄弟》、《温暖的篇章》、《蓝蓝的天空美丽的家》等多部作品，连续五届衢州市群众文艺会演创作金奖。"2008年相约北京"大型系列音乐活动，作品《月亮河》荣获歌曲创作铜奖。《蓝蓝的天空美丽的家》在第九届北极星群英杯全国词曲评比中获银奖。论文《原创如何发展》在中国百科优秀作品评选活动中获一等奖。
