朱国梁，少儿歌曲作曲家，辽宁省沈阳市人，原为沈阳市和平区教育局（师校）中、小学教学研究室、音乐教研员，副高。

早年毕业于沈阳一师（中专），1984年结业于沈阳音乐学院作曲系。现为中国音乐家协会会员（亦是辽宁省、广东省、沈阳市、珠海市音协会会员）。在职期间连续被选为了辽宁省中、小学音乐教研会理事，沈阳市小学音乐教研会副理事长。
