梁兆麒，1938年5月30日出生，现齡73岁。1957年寒假，在宝应拜中央文化下放干部刘炽为师学习作曲。1962—63年曾在江苏音协编印的《创作歌曲》中刊登过《满江渔火》、《水乡春景》两首创作歌曲，其中《满江渔火》由音协又转交《雨花》刊登。工作期间，多次为中小学、幼儿园谱写校歌、园歌。如《曹甸中学校歌》、《苏公希望小学校歌》等。其中《苏公希望小学校歌》曾在"宝应报"上刊登，亦曾被新四军苏公学校史南京研究会编印的《苏公校友通讯》〔增刊第四十三期〕、第65期上选用。退休后仍常常练练笔，写些歌曲，如《感动华夏•领略中华》被江苏省大丰市电视台录制成风光DVD。2011年5月10日，《青松赞歌》被中国少数民族音乐学会感动中国新创歌曲、歌词选拔活动组委会入选在《建党九十周年——全国新创红歌作品集》出籍和音乐CD中。（十月出版发行）2011年5月20日《鱼儿肥肥人欢笑》获首届"五洲杯"银奖，"无私颂"获铜奖。
