张康成，1945年6月23日生，四川荣县人，汉族。荣县卫校医士班，荣县中医班两居医务中专毕业，执业医师，作曲家、音乐编辑家。系中国音乐家协会四川分会会员，中国音乐著作权协会会员，中国社会音乐研究会会员。曾下乡支农、当过工人，机械修理、服装缝纫裁剪、照相员，任过供销员、供销科长、副厂长至自贡制锁总厂厂长。足迹遍及全国十多个省区五十多个大中城市。生活阅历丰富，兴趣爱好广泛，特别酷爱音乐、舞蹈、武术、摄影。经历过数十届业余宣传队伍，并历任乐队队长、宣传队长。全方位痴迷音乐，集独唱、独奏、创作、编曲、指挥及电脑音乐制作于一身。会演奏十多种乐器，其中笛子二胡、手提琴、小提琴都曾登台独奏，且独唱、独奏水平县市拔尖。建有个人电脑音像工作室。对音频、视频、图像文字进行独立创作、编辑和制作。为四川省难得的复合型音乐人才。先后创作歌曲、舞曲、器乐曲数百首，其中不少作品获基层及县、市、省的表彰。是目前荣县唯一获有省级以上音乐家称号和全国性比赛奖项的音乐家。在自贡市首先突破歌曲作品VCD光碟的制作。代表作有《不该戳妺子的心窝窝》、《喊山歌》、《中华魂》、《乡音》、《想你的时候》等。
