张晓媛，1943年2月出生于江苏徐州市，共产党员。
1966年毕业于南京艺术学院音乐系声乐专业（副修钢琴）大学毕业后因文化大革命去泰州6325部队锻炼。
1970年3月至1981年4月曾在徐州地区文工团担任主演兼党员队长，在歌剧《江姐》、《洪湖赤卫队》、《第二次握手》、《货郎与小姐》等数十部剧目中担任主要角色。
1981年4月至1990年3月曾在江苏省歌舞剧院歌剧团做党员并担任演员队长，参加《天涯歌女》、《天朝风云》、《芳草心》、《棷岛之恋》、《弄臣》等大型歌剧演出，并参加拍摄过电影、电视剧。
1992年元月我被编入《江苏音乐家名录》一书，由江苏省音乐家协会出版。
1994年2月我被编入《当代江苏戏剧家》由中国戏剧出版社出版。
先后加入了：江苏剧协、音协、中国科学技术中国声学学会、中国音乐著作权协会、中国大众音乐协会、中国国际专家学者联谊会、中国文化促进会、世界华人音乐家协会。
喜爱谱曲，已有二百多首在全国报刊、杂志、书籍等上面发表出版，二十余首在全国征选原创歌曲活动中获奖，近年来获奖代表作品：
《妈妈，你是世上最美的歌》2009年中国百科优秀作品（论文）评选活动中获一等奖
《月儿圆了，月儿缺了》2009年由中国大众音乐协会主办的"感动中国——新创歌曲、歌词"选拔大赛获一等奖
《我要回家》2010年二十一世纪华人音乐奖中获作曲一等奖。
《回归曲》2011年在"音乐•中国——2011"全国优秀新作、歌手、乐手大型音乐展示选拔活动中荣获作曲金奖。
《盛世中国》2011年入编"颂歌献给党百首艺术家演唱特辑"
《回家团圆》2011年世界华人创新成果评选活动中被评为国际金奖成果档案ZBH02-12
