王永谦（1941—），上海人，随州市曾都区群众艺术馆副研究员（已退休）。东方神曲原创音乐基地首席作曲，中国音乐家协会会员，中国大众音乐协会会员，中国音乐文学学会会员，湖北省音乐家协会六届理事，湖北省流行音乐学会理事，湖北省儿童音乐学会理事，随州市音乐家协会副主席。早年就读于武汉艺术师范学院音乐系，由省分配到随县工作，曾先后在随县师范学校、随县花鼓剧团、随县实验学校、随县文化馆等单位工作，2001年在曾都区群众艺术馆退休。代表作品：《生日的红蜡烛》、《笑弯的月儿你为谁》、《问》、《花非花》、《情人节的玫瑰》、《踏雪寻梅》、《水晶心》、《紫丁香》、《天才妹妹》、《偷吻》、《月亮花开》、《一首思乡曲》、《想你》、《矿工的妈妈》等。
