曹旭，笔名牧夫、沙河，男，汉族，中共党员，甘肃省成县抛沙镇人。现任甘肃省成县"西狭颂"风景区管理处主任。系中国音乐文学学会会员、中国少数名族音乐学会会员、世界华人音乐家协会会员、甘肃省音乐家协会会员、陇南市音乐舞蹈家协会理事、陇南市摄影家协会理事、成县政协委员等。
写诗，作词，作曲，摄影。迄今已刊发各类作品600余件。获中国音乐家协会、中国音乐文学学会、中国音乐家协会 《歌曲》 编辑部、中国少数名族音乐学会、中国大众音乐学会、北京市音乐家协会、甘肃省音乐家协会、世界华人联合会（总）会等各种奖项100余次。连续五届有8首词曲作品获 《海哥》 "风彩"杯全国词曲作品比赛"一，二，三"等奖及"优秀"奖；连续四届有6首歌曲作品获陇南地区"万象文艺"奖及陇南市"优秀文艺作品奖"、陇南市抗震救灾"优秀文艺作品奖"。其中歌曲《陇南颂》，此前曾获得由"中国名族歌曲演创大奖赛组委会"、"中国音乐家协会歌曲编辑部"等四单位联合颁发的"第六届"文化之春中国名族歌曲演创大奖赛"中国名歌精品铜"奖，并在庆祝陇南撤地建市大型文艺演出活动中作为主题歌演唱，并在市歌咏比赛、市党代会、市人代会、市政协会等文艺晚会中多次演唱。2008年"5•12"抗震救灾活动中，被国家旅游局评为"先进个人"受到表彰；为电视文艺专题片《流过家乡的犀牛江》创作片头、片尾曲；歌曲《母子情》、《爱你的感觉》在大型媒体上作为背景音乐被广泛使用；为温家宝歌词作品《仰望星空》谱曲上传到土豆网，点击率过万。歌曲作品入选 《中国主旋律》 、《中国当代抒情歌曲选》 、《中国名族歌曲选粹》 、《当代歌手喜爱的歌》、《陇南颂歌》 、《唱响成州》等；歌词入选 《中国年度最佳歌词》 、 《中国年度最佳歌词精选》 、 《中国当代歌词大观》 、 《中国当代歌词精选》 等，各类作品入选80余种选本；已出版词集 《相约西部》 、 《樱桃红了》 ；歌曲集《我的太阳》。个人事迹被甘肃省电视台、甘肃陇南电视台、成县电视台、《文艺报》 、《歌海》 杂志、《甘肃农民报》、 《陇南日报》 等刊文推介。
