赵泽光，中共党员，重庆市大渡口区文化馆音乐副研究馆员、现任世界艺术家协会理事，中国音乐家协会会员，中国声乐学会理事，中国咽音艺用治研学会理事，重庆音乐家协会理事，重庆音乐文学学会理事，重庆大渡口区文化馆音乐创作声乐辅导干部、文艺辅导部主任，区音协主席。歌唱家、作曲家、词作家、音乐教育家、音乐活动家。1976年考入中国人民解放军十三军政治部文工团，1984年毕业于四川音乐学院。曾在绵阳师范音乐学院任教七年，教书育人，在当地培养出一大批音乐教师和优秀艺术家与领导干部。1991年考入西南师大修完声乐硕士研究生七门课程，并由中国音协重庆分会与西南师大主办“赵泽光独唱音乐会”用汉、俄、德、意四国语言以多种风格演唱中外歌剧咏叹调、艺术歌曲及民歌被《音乐周报》《重庆音讯》刊载。词曲创作与声乐演唱及辅导在全国、省市内外获奖数百余次，有大批学生考入全国及国内外各类艺术院校及文艺团体，并在全国及省市级各类声乐大赛中获奖与在国内外专业院校任教与从事专业文艺团体工作，1995年获中国第七届国际科学与和平周歌曲大赛美声组特别奖（国家文化部等颁），1996年获"世纪之声"全国歌曲大赛作词曲金奖（中国音协等颁），创作歌曲《巫山神女，请与我同行》获中国文化部《'98全国声乐新人新作》大赛美声作品奖。个人业绩载入《世界优秀艺术家词典》《世界优秀专家词典》《中国音乐家词典》《中国优秀专家大词典》，部分创作歌曲及论文在国内《世界学术文库》《中国文化部获奖歌曲集》《歌曲》《音乐世界》《音乐周报》《儿童歌曲》《香港文艺报》等多家音乐杂志刊载发表。在2011年选送的七个声乐学生，全部获得第五届中国香港国际青少年艺术节国际声乐大赛铂金奖两个与金奖五个，在2012年选送的三个钢琴学生与一个声乐学生全部获得第六届中国香港国际青少年艺术节国际钢琴大赛与声乐大赛金奖，在2013年选送的王思然获青年A组声乐大赛钻石奖等其他学生与推选辅导的六个声乐/钢琴与舞蹈学生全部获得第七届中国香港国际青少年艺术节国际钢琴大赛与声乐大赛和舞蹈大赛钻石奖，铂金奖，个人连续三次分别获得《国际优秀导师奖》。近期作品《老红军的一万年党费》词曲，获得喜迎十八大全国新歌征集一等奖。出席2013年北京国际中国唱法音乐节声乐高端论坛与声乐大赛评委，获得三篇论文金奖，与2013年北京国际"中国唱法"音乐节指导教师奖，所辅导的本区学生刘镇齐获得少儿组全国唯一金奖第一名，同时辅导的四川音乐学院的学生王思然与重庆艺术院校在校学生李俊与张恒与本区文化馆老年大学学生王秀莲均获得各组共五个大奖。
