刘茂来，男，1953年出生，《歌词月报》特邀音乐编辑。系中国音乐家协会、中国音乐著作权协会、世界华人音乐家协会会员，天津音乐家协会创作委员会委员、天津歌曲创作研究会理事，曾毕业于天津音乐学院作曲系音乐干部专修班。
