王子铭，男，生于江苏省淮安市，青年歌唱家，作曲家，高考音乐教育专家，中国民盟成员。
系世界华人音乐家协会理事，中国音乐家协会、中国声乐学会会员，江苏省音乐家协会会员，中国音乐舞蹈联合会江苏分会常务理事，全国十佳歌手，江苏省首届青年教师基本功大赛一等奖，淮安市政府“五个一工程”奖获得者，中唱之星省新歌新秀十佳歌手，淮安市首届青年歌手声乐大赛一等奖，淮安市首届职工十佳歌手。多次获得国家、省市优秀指导教师奖；多次获得省、市教学技能大赛和歌手大赛大奖；多次获得歌曲创作奖；多次受邀担任歌手比赛、合唱比赛评委。2014年，创作的歌曲《水美的地方》，成为淮安市市歌备选曲目。多次受邀参加中国淮扬菜美食节晚会、江苏省医保之歌晚会、纪念建国60年、建党90年等大型公益文艺演出。2008年受淮安电视台“文化星空”栏目之邀，做人物专访。
