李成基（笔名里程），系中国音乐家协会会员、中国社会音乐研究会理事、四川省音乐家协会理事、四川省通俗音乐协会常务理事、四川省民间艺术家协会顾问、四川省文联全委委员、军职、国家一级作曲。早年毕业于陶行先生创办的育才学校高中部音乐专科班，入伍后曾先后在浙江师大艺术系、上海音乐学院、中央音乐学院作曲系和北京人文大学文学系进修或毕业。创作、发表了音乐作品千余首（部），出版或撰写了《蓝天情》、《飞向太阳》、《音乐之友》、《云天飞歌》、《中国民族音乐集成》、《中国民歌集粹》、《外国音乐赏析》、《合唱艺术》等多部个人音乐专著。出版发行了盒带、光碟十万余。百余首（部）作品，在全国、全军获奖。《春雨》、《教师之歌》获全国歌曲竞赛一等奖、《春风化雨》获全国歌曲比赛金奖、《祖国美》、《白云，空中的摇篮》、《夜航谣》等三首歌曲获全军创作奖；《盛世颂歌》被选作中央春晚作品、《芙蓉城，花满街》被选送法国作为国际文化交流节目，受到欢迎和好评并获奖。《蓝天高高，白云飘飘》、《空姐的风采》、《金鹏颂》、《蓝天骄子》等作品经全国著名歌唱家宋祖英、张也、阎维文、杨洪基等演唱，并由原中国音乐学院院长金铁霖教授任声乐指导。北京曾以《战歌鼓斗志，蓝天抒豪情》为题，举办"李成基创作成果展"。中央和省市电台、电视台，曾多次举办"李成基作品专题音乐会"。
