郑文萍，毕业于中国音乐学院（竹笛专业）。中国丁笛传播者、世界葫芦丝巴乌文化联合总会常务理事、中国音乐家协会民族器乐学会会员、北京乐器学会青年演奏家艺术团成员、中国儿童音乐学会授予"全国最佳育人成就奖"称号、文化部文化艺术人才中心授予"艺术教育特殊贡献奖"获得者。现任北京乐器学会前门培训部主任、郑文萍艺术团团长，先后师从著名笛子演奏家杜次文、宁保生、李增光、詹永明、陈悦教授。曾为电视剧《少年杨家将》、《三生三世十里桃花》、《情歌串对唱》唱片配乐。08年出版了《一起学葫芦丝》书籍及示范盘，08年在北京2008残奥会城市欢乐庆典活动的开场中与郑石萍先生合作首演了民乐版《我和你》获得成功！多家权威媒体专访报道！09年起，随北京歌剧舞剧院民族乐团、炎黄国乐团多次在人民大会堂、国家大剧院音乐厅、北京音乐厅演出。原创葫芦丝独奏作品《傣风》荣获中国音乐家协会民族器乐学会颁发的创作"金奖"，原创音乐《快乐之声》在CCTV-3上表演获国家民政部中国社会工作协会颁发的"最佳音乐创作奖"，《奔腾变奏曲》获北京市文化局颁发的创作、表演"一等奖"。14年11月受邀录制出版的竹笛经典独奏曲《姑苏行》以外交部名义作为国礼赠送给我国驻外大使馆、总领馆、外国政要、友人等。14年12月荣获到中国音乐家协会民族器乐学会和北京乐器学会共同颁发的"2014年度先进个人"称号。近年来，他多次受邀举办讲座，荣任国际国内大赛评委，多家权威媒体都曾报道。
