贾兴毓，男，1943年1月生，汉族，甘肃省天水市人，中共党员，西安市灞桥区洪庆街道办事处公务员，代表作品：《寻找卓玛》（何新南词），《香巴拉，神仙的家》（何新南词）。
从小酷爱文学艺术，喜爱唱歌。在西藏工作20年期间，我曾向常留柱老师学习过声乐。学习和演唱了大量的不同艺术形式的藏族民歌。如："弦子""堆谐""夏姆谐""酒歌""牧歌""朗玛"等。搜集了大量的民间歌素材。2003年退休后，自学歌曲创作，先后研读了《基本乐理》（李重光编著）《歌曲创作入门》（龚耀年著）等音乐基本知识。04年陆续在《音乐天地》《 进瞭望》《北极星》《音乐人》（原电脑音乐报）上发表了十多首原创歌曲。2006年参加中国第三届群众创作歌曲大赛《我们的新农村》（作曲）获金奖。07年参与在北京举行的"2007歌坛在行动"全国词典创作比赛《我们把一生献给了你》获歌曲创作优秀奖。"2008中国杯"新创作歌曲、歌词音乐论文暨演唱评选活动中《寻找卓玛》获作曲二等奖。"2008相约北京"大型系列音乐活动中《又回大别山》获歌曲创作铜奖。"2009中国杯"共和国六十周年优秀词曲、歌手、乐手展示大赛《香巴拉，神仙的家》获作曲金奖。
