牛雷莉：副研究馆员，女高音歌唱家，河南大学音乐学院毕业，现为河南省青少年文化艺术发展协会副会长，郑州市音乐家协会副主席，郑州市政协委员。上世纪八十年代起始声乐教育和音乐表演，曾荣获全国职工歌手大赛一等奖、河南省首届"绿色之声"大赛一等奖、郑州市首届"建设杯"声乐大赛一等奖、郑州市十大歌星等奖项：近五年来，创作并演唱的歌曲《华灯初上》《您永远金光闪烁》以及文学作品《永远的记忆》先后荣获河南省歌曲创作优秀奖、郑州市"五个一"音乐作品优秀成果奖。同时，她还作为郑州市二七区文化志愿者艺术总团团长，带领团队常年下基层、到社区、到乡村、到企业、到军营、到学校进行公益演出，每年的一百场公益讲座、一百场公益演出受到广大群众的欢迎和好评！先后荣获了河南省三八红旗手、河南省优秀文艺志愿者、河南省文明市民、河南省首届群文之星、河南省群众文化先进个人、郑州市专业技术拔尖人才、郑州市优秀政协委员、郑州市优秀女性、二七区十大杰出女性等荣誉称号。
