1998年毕业于江西省师范大学音乐学院，

1994年在北京MIDI（电脑音乐）中心学习。

2002年，在武汉获得第三届全国中小学音乐教师五项全能（钢琴、声乐、即兴弹唱、器乐、音乐理论）大赛一等奖。

2000年，在长沙通过中国音协的考核，获得“中国音乐家协会音乐素养课程师资认证”资格。2002 年，在厦门，在著名指挥家郑小瑛先生的“合唱和管弦乐指挥教授班”里学习，得到郑晓瑛大师和吴林芬教授的教诲。

2003年担任华发集团容闳学校首席音乐教师。

2005年被珠海市管乐学会吸取为会员。

2006年开始组建晓斌音乐艺术服务平台，晓斌艺术培训有限公司。

2011年晓斌琴行凤凰北门店和凤凰音乐中心启动；

2012年、2013年，连续两年执棒珠海宣传线报业合唱团，获得市合唱节市直专场银奖。

2013年策划了《琴音暖珠海》7场基层音乐会。2014年，策划了《我为祖国弹一曲》中国音乐作品钢琴大赛和社区巡回演出音乐会。

2014年历时6个月，写作30万字的葡萄酒书籍《晓斌闲聊葡萄酒101夜》。

2016年被吸收中国音乐家协会会员。舞蹈音乐创作和歌曲创作。

舞蹈音乐系列：渔家妹子三部曲：《木屐阿妹》、《妹仔涌》、《荔枝基》、《悠悠海洋》、《红树林之恋》、《为什么》、《嘻哈猫》、《我很快乐》。原创歌曲系列：《生命你好，世界你好》、《恒隆啊恒隆》、《心系故乡》、《插上梦想的翅膀》、《我爱旺磐》、《恒隆啊恒隆》、《花袖妹子》。原创音乐微剧：《我们的节日》。

珠海2012年百姓春晚主题歌编曲系列：柳琴之父王惠然独奏曲集《故乡情》、黑马2009专辑《分手》、黑马2010年专辑《在路上》、黑马2012年专辑《火塘的歌声》。视频制作：2013年制作《珠海女中30秒广告片》电影院线播放、2011年制作珠海高新区MV《凤凰飞回来了》。珠海特区报，珠海晚报，珠海电视台新闻栏目，中国广电网，分别以《晓斌和他音乐王国》、《合唱是最美的乐器》、《晓斌艺术走进社区》、《晓斌的音乐梦想》为题，先后报道“晓斌和他的音乐事业”。

从职业教育到中小学教育，甚至幼儿教育，晓斌用20多年的时间，进行尝试和探索，怀着“培养全人”的教育理念，在音乐普及的广泛基础上，甄选优秀的音乐天才。晓斌和他的年轻的音乐家们，歌唱着对这座的深情和憧憬。晓斌音乐人最大的理想：让音乐成为每个人心中欢欣的号角，对着生命吹出灿烂的音符。
